SEGA's Sonic Symphony World Tour Kicks Off In The Fall
First show will debut on September 16 at London's Barbican Hall
The Sonic Symphony, World Tour website has announced the upcoming shows. The first show is scheduled for September 16 at London's Barbican Hall, while the second will be in the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on September 30th.
Tickets will be available for purchase, starting with subscribers of the tour's newsletter on May 25. The general public will have access to ticket sales on May 26. In collaboration with soundtrec and SOHO Live, Sega is responsible for producing the show.
The debut of Sonic Prime, a 3D animated series developed by Wild Brain Studios, took place on December 15. The series premiered with a 40-minute episode and featured seven 20-minute episodes. It is set to make a return on July 13.
Back in February 2022, Paramount Pictures announced the initiation of the development process for the third Sonic the Hedgehog film. According to Box Office Mojo, Sonic the Hedgehog 2 premiered in the United States in April 2022, generating an estimated opening day revenue of around US$26.5 million. The film is to be released on December 20, 2024.
Finally, a live-action spinoff centered around Knuckles from the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise is set to debut on Paramount Pictures' streaming service, Paramount+, in 2023.
