In this gaming experience, players delve into the narrative of Catarina Claes, a young woman born into a noble lineage who retains memories from her prior life as a high school student. She undergoes reincarnation as a villainess character within an otome game named "Fortune Lover." The prospects of exile or death loom ominously in this new realm, yet she somehow finds her way through the trials and arrives at spring break. Fate takes an unexpected twist when Catarina, accompanied by her adopted brother, Keith, embarks on the maiden voyage of the opulent vessel known as Vinculum during their time away from the Academy. Regrettably, their tranquil journey is disrupted when pirates wrest control of the Vinculum and hold all passengers hostage.

These occurrences trigger a sense of déjà vu in Catarina as she begins to recollect them from a fanbook associated with Fortune Lover. Is she possibly trapped in a revived, predetermined, calamitous conclusion?
