Voting is open until September 15, and the results will be announced during the premiere on October 4.

Kenji Nagasaki as chief director
Naomi Nakayama as director
Yōsuke Kuroda in charge of series scripts
Yoshihiko Umakoshi and Hitomi Odashima as character designers
Yuki Hayashi composing the music
And studio BONES handling the animation once again
Season 7 of the anime began airing in May 2024, after a special four-episode recap series called My Hero Academia Memories aired in April with some brand-new scenes.
The My Hero Academia anime first aired in 2016 and is based on the hit manga created by Kōhei Horikoshi, which ended in August 2024. The manga has been a massive success, with over 100 million copies sold worldwide as of April 2024. The final manga volume (Volume 42) was released in Japan on December 4, and it included 38 bonus pages showing what happened after the story’s original ending.
The franchise also includes films like My Hero Academia: You’re Next, which premiered in Japan in August 2024 and was later released in U.S. theaters by TOHO International.
Fans can also enjoy the anime adaptation of the spin-off series My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, which premiered in April 2025 and is set to return with a second season in 2026.
