Monster Strike Returns with New Anime 'Deadverse Reloaded' in October 2025
A brand-new anime based on the popular Monster Strike game is coming to Japanese TV next year! On July 13, the game’s official website announced a new TV anime titled Monster Strike: Deadverse Reloaded, which will start airing in October 2025.
This new anime is exciting because it's the first time a Monster Strike series will be shown on regular TV stations in Japan — airing on 45 stations, including TOKYO MX. Previous Monster Strike anime series were only available online, mostly streamed on YouTube or Crunchyroll, but this time it's going big on TV.
What is Monster Strike?
Monster Strike is a popular mobile game made by MIXI, first released in October 2013. It’s a fun mix of RPG, strategy, and physics-based gameplay, where players battle monsters by slinging them around like pinballs. As of May 2025, it has over 64 million players worldwide, a huge success!
So far, the creators haven’t shared many story details about Deadverse Reloaded. We do know that the anime will run for one cour (which usually means about 12–13 episodes). There’s also a teaser trailer available now on the game’s official YouTube channel. You can also check out the official website for updates and visuals.
