Masaki Fujiyoshi leads a life as a devoted homemaker and parent. Over time, he has grappled with feelings of being a burden to his loving husband, Hiromu, primarily because of his status as an omega. Their journey to attain this domestic bliss was fraught with challenges. When their son, Hikari, came to the world, the family relocated to a more family-friendly neighborhood.
As Hikari approaches his second birthday, the Fujiyoshi family is forming deep connections with those in their community. These include Yuuki, a neighboring beta high school student who has grown quite close to Hikari; Matsuo, Hiromu's friend from work; and a mysterious single dad frequently spotted in the park.
Despite the newfound tranquility in their domestic life, their past still lingers, tattered and uncertain. People from their earlier days, whom they left behind in their pursuit of happiness, are beginning to reappear. Masaki and Hiromu must navigate these returning figures, questioning their true intentions.
